Nick,

The merciful special ability is there. Like most special abilities, you have to have at least a +1 enhancement bonus on the weapon before you can add the Merciful special ability .

Same type bonuses do not stack. Both Arcane Temper and Reactionary give a "trait" bonus to initiative, so only the higher one applies. So it is calculated as:
Improved Initiative      +4 (feat)
Arcane Temper           +1 (trait)
Reactionary                 +2 (trait)
-------------------------------------------
Total                             +6

Hi,
is there a way to translate a class or subclass (e.g. "conjurer") on a pdf output sheet?
I do know how to .MOD this via OUTPUTNAME for most items including archetypes, but I seem to fail at doing this for the class name or subclass.

Hi,
I would like to print some info on my pdf character sheet in the section below the attributes which offers things like "conditional save modifiers" or "condifitional combat modifiers" via homebrew .lst file.
Could somebody tell me which tag sequence I need to output a "hello world" text in such a box?

Elf ~ Illustrious Urbanite - how to fix data? #pathfinder

Hi,
in "hots_abilities_race.lst" there is the ability "Elf ~ Illustrious Urbanite" which is supposed to grant for free one of three feats.
When I use it the list of available feats stays empty.
When looking at the .lst file as a noob I do not understand how the selection is supposed to work.
I would happily .MOD the ability in my homebrew files to fix it but do not know how to, since I do not understand the full mechanics of setting an ability up to provide a choice of three feats for free.
Any help appreciated. :-)

For now I use the workaround via GM granted extra feat to simulate the result.

My apologies for the outage over the last day (or??)... we filled the disk due to some underlying errors (and didn't have logrotate running on that log file)

OR - to hack the Piercing Strike and Swashbuckler Weapon Training
temp.bonus to ignore the Piercing requirement.

(I note that a normal light-or-1H piercing weapon such as a Rapier or
agger automatically gets the SWT bonus, so the temp bonus only reaaly
needs to override the reluctance to apply it to Scimitar.)
