Just put as much detail as you can, steps to reproduce the issue. Attach a char file to the tracker can really help.

The Spells Per day is intentional. Without a CAST of 1 for 1st level, none of the spells will work. However, 5e does not use the per class casting system, but uses a shared slot system. We didn't want

PCGen 6.08.00 RC2 bug with D&D 5e spell calculation mechanism
I have created D&D 5e Ranger, Sorcerer and Warlock characters in PCGen 6.06.01 and 6.08.00 RC2
using the D&D 5e System Reference Document 5.1 data set
and found the same bug affecting each character
