It requires a full distro of Java, so if you can get a droid tablet to run Java good luck. There is some indication that a Chromebook can be switched into dev mode, install linux, and then java and run PCGen.

Discussion here has raised the question of whether or not the spell you are trying to .MOD is in multiple sources (or la source oading after your .MOD source)...  A later loading source with the same spell could be adding the "original" description back on top of yours..

Hi,

My guess is that either something is messing with the registry, Java instalation and/or links causing the error.

PCGen needs to be reinstalled after Windows 10 updates

PCGen 6.08.00 RC6 has failed to start after each of the last two Windows 10 updates.
Uninstalling and reinstalling PCGen resolves the issue.

Hi George,
I just tested it and saw it with no problems. I loaded the core supplements and the Mythic Adventures source. You need to have the Armored Might Mything Path ability. Once you have that ability assigned to the character, it'll show up on Temporary Bonuses under the "Ability" category.

If you are not already doing so, I recommend using 6.08.00RC6 (which is what I tested).

Thanks Jason for getting back to me so promptly.

I've had a look in Temporary Bonuses and can not find an entry for Armored Might. Do I need to have any particular source loaded or a check box ticked somewhere?

Hi PCGen.

It appears that the Mythic Path Ability ~ Armored Might does not appear to be working as it should.

The following Apply for my Character Build

* 4th Tier Mythic Character
* Have Breastplate on which has a +6 Armour Bonus and is equipped
* Have selected Mythic Path Ability ~ Armored Might

I would have expected my Armour bonus to increase to 8.  6 base +2 from the Mythic Path Ability (limited to 2 because I am only 4th Tier, will increase to 3 when I become 6th Tier)

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Joel,

If the profession doesn't already exist, you would need to either hand code the new one (Not hard to do honestly), or place the ranks is a similar profession and just note it is different in the description section of the sheet.

Program isn't designed to create new skills on the fly.

I've just seen the same thing, so I just put in Data-3976 for it.
Not a clue where to start troubleshooting that one, but I'm open to helping troubleshoot after I get back to civilization in two weeks.
