#bug Spell books cause print rendering errors #bug

Hi there, I was trying to add spells to know spells and to spell books for 5e and discovered it causes the character to be unprintable.

Re: Did Windows 10 Installation of 6.08.00 RC3 Include An Uninstaller?

Last time I worked on the installer it was using a single key in the registry not tied to version.

Maybe that was changed afterwards.

Thanks javydreamer,

Just want to double check on this.

Since uninstalling RC3 I have started RC4. It appears to run just fine...although I have not tested it thoroughly.

And many times in the past I've had multiple releases of PCGen on my computer (all installed via the Windows installer) and I have been consistently able to launch any of them.

So do I still need to reinstall RC4?

Thanks, everyone!

Most likely you need to reinstall the newer version since it overrides registry values when you install a version.

PS: This kluge also worked to repopulate the uninstaller for RC3…which I have now successfully used to remove RC3.

Since I can't find the uninstaller for 6.08.00 RC3, can I reinstall 6.08.00 RC3...which will hopefully reinstall the 6.08.00 RC3 uninstaller?

If this kluge might work, would someone please share a link of where to find the Windows installer for 6.08.00 RC3? I've looked but can't find it.

Many thanks,

Allen

For some time installing a new version automatically uninstalls the previous one.

So the old Uninstaller would have been gone during installation of the new one.

Re: Basic Pathfinder files #pathfinder

Maybe it would help is I explained how classes work in the GW Pathfinder PDF. You've got 4 classes and they all basically work like the d20 Modern character classes where you character builds get class features on odd levels, for example the Enforcer class pulls from fighter and paladin class abilities, and you get feats on even levels.

So excuse wouldn't work, because the classes are Billy differently. The plan is to set them up like d20 Modern, but then copy and paste the options like rouge abilities.

Just the gamemode has quite a bit of the base mechanics. But you might want to look at the docs for EXCLUDE. It lets you load the core book and then snip out the parts you are going to be over-writing.

Still having a bit of trouble. Every link i click for documentation brings me to a page that says: 404 - Fancy meeting you here at http://pcgen.org/autobuilds/pcgen-docs/
so i dont seem to be able to get any help from there.

Anyway, the issue i am having is that I want to allow my Contender to use all Martial Weapons, as opposed to only the simple weapons allowed to the base cleric class. I have the following line entered in the abilities.lst file but it doesnt seem to actually add this ability to the character I've applied the class to, nor does it add it to the list of Class Features. I only see the cleric class ability of Simple Weapons. What am i missing?

Weapon and Armor Proficiency KEY:Mighty Contender ~ Weapon and Armor Proficiency CATEGORY:Special Ability TYPE:Mighty Contender Class Feature.Class Feature.SpecialQuality DESC:Mighty Contenders are proficient with all simple and martial weapons, with all types of armor (light, medium, and heavy), and with shields (except tower shields).|PREVARNEQ:DisplayFullAbility,1 ABILITY:Internal|AUTOMATIC|TYPE=ArmorProfHeavy|TYPE=ShieldProf|TYPE=WeaponProfMartial SOURCEPAGE:p.
